Returns for Faulty Goods
If you receive a faulty or defective item, you have the right to return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. After 30 days, you are entitled to a repair or replacement. If these remedies are unsuccessful, you may claim a refund or a price reduction.
Returns for Non-Faulty Goods within the European Union
For non-faulty items, customers inside the European Union have the right to cancel and return their order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The item must be in its original condition.
Return Shipping Fees

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item following the appropriate return process. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
