Refund Policy

Returns for Faulty Goods
If you receive a faulty or defective item, you have the right to return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. After 30 days, you are entitled to a repair or replacement. If these remedies are unsuccessful, you may claim a refund or a price reduction.

Returns for Non-Faulty Goods within the European Union
For non-faulty physical items, customers inside the European Union have the right to cancel and return their order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The item must be in its original condition.

By purchasing an online educational product (Confident Abstracts), you acknowledge that access to the digital content begins immediately (or is made available immediately after purchase) and you thereby give your explicit consent to waive your statutory right of withdrawal under the relevant distance-selling consumer laws.

Therefore all digital purchases are final and no refunds will be issued once access is granted.

In the event that the course content is faulty, missing, materially not as described, or otherwise fails to meet the description you were given, you may still be entitled to a remedy (for example replacement access, partial refund or price reduction) under applicable consumer law.

Return Shipping Fees

• For faulty or defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

• For non-faulty items returned within the 14-day cooling-off period, you are responsible for the return shipping fees.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, including original art pieces, framed paper prints, and framed canvas prints. If you have concerns about a specific item, please contact us at hello@estherfranchuk.com before initiating a return.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item following the appropriate return process. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
